Should Sadaam Hussein be assassinated??

i dont think the death penalty is the only answer to his crimes... i mean that it's quite easy and certainly too fast,. he must (in a way) suffer first and then, he will have to pay for them.
nevertheless, ive to admit, that, it's a quite hard decision to take, and i really feel pity for the one who are going to vote for solving his case... may the god (or evil, or simply the force ) be with them

I think he will will be found guilty and he will be put to death. His memory will fade as all nightmares do, and the people of Iraq can move on knowing that spawn of Satan is gone. This is not however an assassination in any sense of the word.

One murder will not justify with other murder! the reason for which he was hunted was found to be not real, America itself is reasponsible for assisting and helping the terrorists through its croonies who are killing innocents in thousands! if Saddam is criminal then USA is not less criminal it should also own some responsibility in this heinous crime and needs to do some introspection of its own political games!

How can he be assassinated when he is already under trial & heavily guarded. The law has to take it's own course.

For him to die would be too quick. Let him rot in a small cell for the rest of his life. Then he'll have plenty of time to ponder his mis-deeds.

Who are these Americans to punish Saddam? If Saddam has done any wrong, only people of his country has the right to punish him.
