I am a female and I was hit on by my male teacher in college. I was around the age of 22 or 23. I may have misread his signals, but he made me very uncomfortable at that time. And I had a hard time going to class after that because it was a small class so it was hard to avoid him.

Thankfully, I haven't ever been hit by my teacher. However, my Dad used to get hit with a ruler by his superiors/teachers. He went to a Catholic school; the nuns were the teachers. Seriously. That was quite a long time ago, though.
