how can i check my old mail which i deleted?

you cant. once your trash is emptied it is gone forever

If you deleted your old mail it is gone - that is why you used DELETE on it.

Once you've deleted your mail, it's gone. I'm afraid you can't get it back.

check out in the trash folder alongside for deleted ones, and if your sent mail is active for saving then you can check out the sent folder. and yes, if saving is not enabled, then please do it. its in the options section... it may come in handy in future...
