the car have been recovered from rog then completed hot police chase through jumping from the old bridge as well

The most obvious reason that it's still showing 86% is you beat razor but to completely finish career mode you must do every milestone, and every race for every wanted racer. Go to your career mode and go threw every racer and every race they give you for each one and most likely you either forget to do one race or milestone or you couldn't do it because it was to hard.

the same happened with me. It also happened on need for speed underground 2. You have to go to back in career and look at maps where you have missed. I think its in career you just have to look around on those main menus. You will find it. i did.
Can you remember when they asked you the minimum amount of races you need to finish before racing against one of those guys on black list?? well you need to complete the rest of those stages you did not complete on that level.
