do u have an oily face? usually it happens to people with oily or sensitive skin. OR during puberty, if its the later just make sure u take care of your face by washing it often and keeping it clean, it would clear up eventually but if it is the earlier one keep your face clean by washing it often, use a good cleanser (Alcohol free sensitive skin formula- neutrogena is good), mud mask too works but b4 u buy one, check what it is used 4. the trick is always keep ur face clean and oil free, the moment u get home after staying out doors wash your face, cleanse every morning and wash it b4 u sleep. oil free face allows the pores to breathe coz the oil blocks the pores, this causing the pimples to appear.

numerous things can cause a break out, stress, PMS, etc

BUT SEE A DERMATOLOGIST, thats the best course of action.

Have no fear Al is here. First off sweety lets get you on a good diet. Start eating less fried foods and make sure you take at least on day vitamin each and every morning when you wake up.
Start drinking lots of water every day. All you can drink and pee it out clean your system up.
Next you should go swimming and exercise. A local pool is good or a lake where you can swim and have fun at the same time.
Remember that your body is producing alot of oils and your skin is probably oily. So cut down on saturated fatty foods.
Clean your face wtih soap and water no real chemicals needed.
The biggest key here is to convert your non healthy lifestyle and eating habits into one good healthy life style and eating habit and you will see results. Write me and let me know how you do!!

Firstly, do not overwash! The more you wash the drier your skin and the more it wants to produce oil. Don't pick at them either, you will just spread it more. I have been taking a combination of Zinc and Evening Primrose Oil every day, and it is doing wonders! Drink lots of water, try to get some sun, and don't stress! Especially about your skin. It will get better! Finally, you could always go to a dermatologist, who would prescribe a topical cream or even a prescription drug for you. Best of luck!

I like and have been successful with the St Ives apricot scrub for blemehes and baclkheads. It has salalytic acid in it and it seems to dry up the pimples without dryout my skin. I also use hydrocortisone cream when the pimples statrt to itch I put a little cream on and they seem to disappear. You can slo go to a dermatologist and he can prescribe you with something.

Screw what everyone's saying. I used to break out along my jawline. It doesn't matter what you put ON your face. It matters what you put IN your body. It's all health. Since I started eating healthy and exercising regularly and drinking a TON of water, my complexion is damn near perfect. Don't forget the water. It makes my skin so soft. Exfoliating twice a week helps to clear the dead skin too. Good luck : )

Try Proactiv or Clearasil Ultra. Proactiv is a bit more expensive, the 'cheaper' alternative is Clearasil Ultra and it does work after 3 days - sometimes sooner!

You can try something over the counter - acne solitions, or look into Proactive or the cheaper version of it. You may need to see your doctor or a dermatologist. They can sometimes give you oral medication (like Tetracycline) to help clear up your face.

I hope that helps. Good luck
