I believe that sign size is a county regulation and I haven't been able to find any state wide information.

If you call any sign company in your city, they will have the regulations and be able to tell you what they are. You can also get the information from your county offices.

Just remember that if a giant sign is allowed, that doesn't mean it's the best idea :-) Sign pollution can turn voters off a specific candidate. Also, the rules for lawn and roadside signs usually don't apply to billboards so a county rules on lawn and street signs don't stop someone from having mobile signs or billboards.
