Hi-
The two, to, too is confusing and in English, word order is different than in other languages. The way your sentence is right now is confusing: how many ideas did he express? Were his ideas too strange to be accepted? IF you want to say that his ideas were "too stange", your word order needs to be:
He expressed ideas too strange to be accepted.

You seem to be working hard-good luck!
You are doing well.

It is incorrect. You could say "he expressed too strange of an idea to be accepted" or "he expressed ideas too strange to be accepted". It's the correct use of "too" in terms of definition, but not grammar.

It is incorrect.

"He expressed ideas too strange to be accepted."

You've got the order mixed up...

"He expressed ideas which were too strange to be accepted."

I would replace the word strange with "radical", or "deviant", or "outrageous".
