MBA programs are designed for working adults. Most have both 2 year and 4 year programs for completion, and night classes, and distant learning courses are very typical. Many MBA programs will not even accept candidates without 5 years of work experience, so you're good there. MBA programs do not require a specific bachelor's degree--you can have a degree in anything. However, if your bachelor's degree is not in business, there are a few prerequisite courses you usually must take prior to entering the program (foundation business courses). Most employers provide tuition assistance or reimbursement--so check into that! I've never seen an employer give an employee a hard time when he or she is furthering their education.

if you decide to go to classes, do MBA part-time, work in the day and go to class at night. My best friend's brother is doing that. It will take longer, however you still have an income and eventually, you'll get a degree.
