You can't. It's a notorious fraud. What is often called a Nigerian 419, or an advance-fee scam.

Well, when somebody asks you for money or personal info so you can collect your "prize", you'll know that it isn't.
Fake "winnings" is one of the most common scams on the Internet these days.
