I recently visited India and the girls there are so beautiful. They are small in height with beautiful skin, long dark shiny hair, have small features and a beautiful smile. Oh and the majority of them are from poor backgrounds and work very hard for a pittance, but they never stop smiling. So it just goes to prove that you can buy all the plastic surgery in the world but money will never buy true beauty and happiness.

If you want a pseudo objective answer....Venezuela. It has the highest number of international beauty pageant winners in the world.
I only know that because my country is obsessed with pageants...
Edit: did a little digging...and found that from among the four most popular pageants (Ms Universe, Ms. International, Ms. World and Ms Earth):
"Venezuela holds the most titles, winning 14 times, closely followed by USA, though the latter is yet to win in the Miss Earth to claim a Grand Slam.
USA has the most Miss Universe title with 7; Venezuela and India share the most Miss World title with 5 each; while Venezuela and the Philippines (That's where I'm from...cool) share the most Miss International title with 4 each. No country yet has won multiple Miss Earth title."

That is not a fair question. I mean, if you meet a hot girl from France, that doesn't mean that all French women are hot. And, like some of the other people stated: it all depends on what your preferences are.
Ok....forget about what you just read....the USA has the hottest women. And do you know why? Because the USA is like no other country in the world. We have Caucasion women (of European descent), African American women, Hispanic women, Asian women, etc. So, save your money on air fare and look around...they are everywhere. Men, too. Who needs to look far and away for a beautiful man or woman when we have all we need right here in America. Go on...look. You will not be disappointed!

Don't believe me? Look at world stats for beautiful women...women of caucasian descent do not rank!
Most recently the most beautiful woman in the world was Ashwaria Rai from India. Google her and you'll see she's unmatched by any caucasian.
