well, if you are going to a place that gives you jumpsuits, then shorts and a t-shirt.
if they don't give you a jumpsuit, then i'd wear dark pants, either old jeans or black sweatpants and a dark longsleeved shirt.
you might want to put on some layers b/c i've heard that those paintballs can sting....
basically, anything that will protect you, blend into your environment and you won't mind gettting dirty....permanently.

Depending on the park.. I would definitely take a pair of old pants (not shorts) cause most are in the woods and you'll get torn up otherwise. Definitely take some gloves. Rest.. just wear something old that you don't mind getting torn up.

Depends where you're playing. If you're in the woods, wear camos to blend in. If you're ona football field with obstacles, try to blend in with the obstacles.

Only clothes you don't mind throwing away afterwards. I don't think there's a dress code.....or the fashionista will be there.
