The answer is URINE thats right PEE your by the way. I AM SEROUS this is NO JOKE>
Putt all your meat you intend to barbeque in a bucket then add a teaspoonful of salt for every Lb of meat, two roughly chopped onions, one tablespoon full of mild sweet Paprika, 3 table spoonsfull of Olive oil and a PINT of URINE. The add enough water to cover the meat. Let it marinade for a minimum of 24 hours, then take out the meat and barbecue directly, DO NOT WASH THE MEAT> The Urine will tenderise the meat like nothing before, and also will enhance the falvours. TRY it We ahve for the last 15 years. Many top restaurants in South Africa (THe home of the barbecue) and also in Australia do that , its just that they dont tell the customers. There is no health dangers as the URINE is pure.

I use Mojo, its a Cuban marinade with lots of garlic, make the meat juicer and tender, also the Cuban use something like bitter orange, ppl always ask " man, that's good, what is that....U can find that stuff in the Hispanic section in you local grocery stores...

I went to a party and they had chicken marinaded in fat free Itallian dressing... Orange juice and soy sauce... Now that sounds so sick but... !!! It was sooooo good!
