Try buying a secondhand netball net with freestanding stand. You could get some friends to drop you through the net hole put some skates on your feet - hey presto no more falling over worries.

It's not your head. Its your ears. These control your balance. Balance is a learned activity. So you practice balancing excercises. I don't want to offend you because I know this is easy & obvious for me to say but you are not doing yourself any favours having to carry 30 st. around.

If your facial features are in direct size comparison to your head, it could be your nose that is creating the problem.
