Warner should have better stats, if he is healthy- which is a gigantic IF. Simms is a more conservative quarterback who will have more modest numbers, but he is much more likely to finish the season than Simms.
So, if you can drop Warner and pick someone else up- even Leinart go ahead and get Warner. If you need someone that you can put into a starting spot and not have to worry about the whole season, go with Simms.

Kurt Warner as long as he stays healthy. With Anquan, Fitzgerald, and Edge I'm pretty sure I could be good for 3,000 yards and 25 td's easily. Leinart will be the student this year as long as Warner is healthy which I think he has a better chance of staying healthy this year now that they have Edge.

I like the one who actually has WRs on his team who catch the ball and play against San Francisco twice this year. I think that would be Warner with Fitzgerald and Boldin, but I'm not sure.

warner... look at his surrounding cast. Boldin, fitzgerald and edgerrin james. I expect warner to throw for 3,000+ yards and at least 15 tds. Simms isnt bad, but i wouldnt draft him

Simms. Warner is on his way out and Leinart is on his way to stardom.
