Vegas is no place for kids. Amsterdam, sure... if you want your kids to get high :-) Italy is beautiful is they're interested in culture and museums, England is boring for families. You've seen it all in about two days. Ireland is an acquired taste, I don't know, I guess kids could like it. Never been to Jamaica so I cannot tell. I guess they could find a lot of places to do in Maui, Hawaii. Your best bet is Orlando. Everyone likes Disneyland! :-)

Jamaica...Jamaica...Jamaica....:)

I, my wife and three kids (16, 11 & 11) have been vacationing in Jamaica every year since May 2000. We fell in love with this beautiful tropical island from the first time we set foot there and decided that would be our annual vacation spot. I have conferred with friends and colleagues who have traveled to other Caribbean islands and they admit that Jamaica was the best of them all. Yes there is poverty in some areas but for the most places you go the scenery is so lush and pretty and the people are extremely nice and welcoming.

I have traveled in Kingston, Portland, Ocho Rios, Montego Bay and Negril and the best place we found to stay was Point Village in Negril. It boasts the most picturesque sunset and it is a great family resort. Another suggestion is FDR Pebbles in Trelawny which is another family resort with ample teen activities.

Both resorts are beachfront properties with Point Village having a slight bigger beach and it is also right next to the seven-mile beach stretch.

Holiday Inn in Montego Bay is also a great family resort that I stayed at and if you are not big on the bus transfers then this is the ideal spot with about a fifteen minutes ride from the airport. FDR Pebbles is about forty minutes from the airport and Point Village is about an hour and fifteen minutes (used to be two hours but there is a new wider road now).

Check it out and give me a feedback if you do go!

Have a nice family trip.. :-D
