And it says Limited account and password protected. I havent put it there and i didnt know if it was someone else e.g. a hacker? or is it microsoft or something i need? I was going to delete it but i thought what if i cant then get into my pc. Does anyone know what this is?

Yes, it's normal. The machine sets up that account when you update from the automatic download website that Microsoft provide. No need to panic! : )
