Depends what the spanker's using, how hard they hit and whether it's on the bare. A few hand-swats on the seat of your jeans won't have much effect. A good long hard paddling with a wooden paddle or hairbrush on your bare bottom will sting like hell and leave you tender for quite a while afterwards. And of course it may also hurt your dignity to be turned over someone's knee and have your bottom smacked.
But then, what's the point of a spanking if it doesn't hurt?

Yes it hurts I had many spankings when I was younger and it also depends on how your parents spank you. Some spank with clothes on some don't.
