I have a 6280 on 3 and when i try to play my downloaded videos from 3 the phone switches itself off and back on again. I've been able to play the vids in the past so why this problem now?

Your battery might be worn out. You will have to by one for your phone model. It also happened to me. They cost around £20-£30.

IT SOUNDS LIKE A BATTERY PROB YOU MAY NEED A NEW ONE but sometimes because your battery has a memory if your like my kids they charge it everyday just enough to get them by but prolonged times doing this makes your battery think it,s full and in fact it not so you think you have full charge then try to download or listen to vids which uses lots of battery charge and there fore won,t let you to get round this you have to take out the battery reinsert put it on charge overnight to fully charge let it discharge fully with normal usage then fully chargr again but only when it has fully discharged then your battery memory starts to remember when it is truly full, the only other suggestion is contact your servoice provider as the phone may have a fault good luck

Its happens quite commonly, but only if you have dropped or hit the phone against something.
Call your supplier and get it replaced the 6280 is quite new so i take it is still under warranty.
Why dont you get the 6233 much better!

Don't know. Take it to your retailer and have customer service look at it.
