They need to die quickly. No waiting around on death row. They should only have so much time before they are put to death. I think if the government stuck to this there would be less murders.
Because if you know you can not get away with a crime and you will have consequences then you will think twice before doing it. Unless you are a loon and just don't care.
It is a pretty easy concept. Parents use it with their kids all the time. Do something wrong, you get a spanking. don't want another spanking? Don't do it again. Its a pretty simple concept. Duh!

Put them in the front lines of all major wars and conflicts. They are criminals to begin with and since they did not value the life of the person they murdered then their life should be deemed worthless too. Let em go to the front-lines and die, why should good young men and women have to die for some unscrupulous dictator tyrant like DumBya!

How funny is that I've thinking lately about how the laws in the USA in my opinion aren't strong enough. Maybe if they were stronger there would be LESS crimes. I agree with ionne.The sad thing is you go to jail for killing someone but, If you behave you get less time. HELLO?? they just killed someone. So thats their reward they get out earlier for behaving??? let get serious. I understand if someone by mistake kills someone in an auto accident and they behave they get less time. I am not saying that what they did was OK but, when you kill someone (shoot, stabbed, or w-e) then obviously it was intentionally. An accident is an accident there are no such things has "i killed someone by mistake"

nah this is easy,they should put the murderers in an arena and let them fight till the death like gladiators,and the victims families can have front row seats,and if they get bored watching the fight they can release lions or something and finish them off.
