am suffering from tight foreskin of my penis when it gets erection and feels pain during intercourse... so please suggest some good doctors in bangalore....

If it doesn't hurt but is just uncomfortable during an erection, then you can try the following. Stretch the opening of the foreskin as far as it'll go without pain, like increasing its radius, for a few minutes each day. After a few weeks it should remedy your problem.
If it doesn't, go to your doctor (probably a urologist). There are prescription creams that're supposed to help. If that doesn't work, then there are still other options other than circumcision. If a circumcision isn't what you want, and some doctors jump to it too readily, then tell them. There's a vertical slit thing they can do in the foreskin too, or something like that.

just stretch it with warm water by pulling it back under it... if it fails after a little while... see a doctor...
