as someone else said "don't ask questions" just answer them . I hadn't read the instructions properly ,Kept asking the same as you because every time I came on ,points had been taken off .So the cycle was repeated. I asked , then found points disappeared and so on and on . If you have to ask a question then make sure you answer lots and lots to catch up again .also you get a point every time you switch on to answers
