why don't people get cought when they use people credit cards online ?

dont the credit card company know the address were all that stuff was sent to

a lot of times its people on other countries doing it, so its hard to catch them

yeah they track it, but some of the time the frauders are smart enough to have it shipped to an abandoned house, with instructions to leave it behind the house, and then go pick it up later.

They get caught all the time. Its very easy to track.

yes they do but you have to file complaint first that gets the ball rolling
