They already do: have you ever listened anything about the organ's black market in Turkey? For sure, that exists everywhere.
The rich and powerful people will always abuse on poor and in big need people.
This existed always and unless there is a big miracle, it will keep on happening.
Living forever is not possible more than in the imagination, but old sick people that is not fitting in the transplant protocols and not that old as well could well get their spare parts - as I consider organs - in the black market and get their surgery done.
That only would give them some extra time. Eternity is incompatible with life, since there is for everything a beginning and one end.

No matter what their intent, they're not going to live forever, so the joke's on them. Of course, there is a black market in body parts like kidneys. The rich can afford to pay big money to desperate poor people willing to sell a body part to make some money.
