If the opulent minority intends to live forever, where will they get their spare parts?

If you relate to your body the same way you relate to your car, you're probably right. But no car will last forever, no matter how many spare parts are available. Well, the same goes with the human body. Eternity is a fact for all of us, not just the 'opulent minority', but it's a fact as far as the spirit is concerned, not the body. Besides, just like there's no shortage of new cars coming out of the assembly lines, so there is no shortage of new bodies
being born. Now, if you could get a new car, would you worry about there being spare parts for the old one?
