Ive got the same problem, but it doesnt matter to me so much because im a girl. but my dad is also as tall as you are and he is fine. Napoleon was short too and look what he did! :-D I think its more important to keep your body healthy, eat properly and excercise few times a week and you will look and feel great!
Good luck!

The only way I know is surgery. The break your legs separating the bones just a little. Let the bone build up calcium until the bone is grown together again. Then they do again and again until they have stretched the legs a few inches. There is a limit on how many inches they can go though. Personally I'll just stay short.

most likely not at this age but you can try HGH if you can get it. Typically your skeletal structure has matured by now but possibly not fully yet. If everyone else in your family is of smaller stature then most likely you will not easily increase in height. Another method would be to find a surgeon that would use an Iliazarod device on you and strech your bones in your legs. It takes time and requires surgery possibly several times.

short of irritating recommendations with regards to slicing your bones in 1/2 and permitting them to regrow between the cracks we are ultimately stuck with our proper after age 23 or so. that's because the epiphyseal plates in our legs and hands have already fused and a lot less skeletal boom can ensue longitudinally. earlier to boom plate closure there has been communicate that IV administration of boom hormones (HGH) can carry about boom. Pinstripes paintings although.

Eat right. Try stretching and swimming.
In some cases growth does not stop at 23. You still have at least two years of growth.

I think you've stopped growing. I stopped growing when I was 14. People call me Twinkle Toes, but I"m no fairy-just a petite woman.

Not likely - is the rest of your family short? Look for short girls - there are plenty.
