Been trying for a baby, pinpointed LH surge about a week ago. Now feel intense hunger even after I have just eaten and wake up in the night starving, going to the toilet all the time and my stomach is really really bloated! but no aches in my boobs or sickness, I also feel so tired can't get up in the morning. could these signs be pregnancy signs or is it period signs which is due on tues....

Oh yeah those are obvious signs. My first pregnancy I didnt have any symptoms, but now I am 20 weeks with number 2 and when I was 7 weeks, I would be starving all the time and if i didint eat I would be sick to my stomach. Frequent urination and bloating is definatly a sign.
Find out, go see your doctor.

With my first two i wouldn't have known i was prego if i wouldn't have went to my regular annual check ups. I had no symptoms i was about 6-8 weeks when i found out. you may be pregnant a very good chance? good luck and hope for the best. my symptoms did show till after I found out.

Well if your period doesn't come go to your doctor.
