He's your big brother from the program Big Brother Big Sisters?

If that's the case, he is acting very inappropriately and you should tell your mother who can call Big Brothers and report him.

If he is your brother as in you have one or both parents in common, then you need to tell your mother or father about it also. He is acting totally wrong. If your mother or father don't believe you then go to a teacher, minister, priest, social services or the police.

Anyone who makes you feel uncomfortable or tries to touch you in ways that are inappropriate should not being doing so to you. You do not have to put up with it or remain silent about it. There are people that will help you if your parents won't do so.
