Generally, I'd say if you don't wake up with a *****, at least some of the time, and your penis always remains flaccid, then it's time to see a urologist.
Also, maybe watching porn, is not what trips your trigger. There is no substitute for the real thing.

You may not be mature enough down there for it to erect. Or, it could be the porn. You may have a different sexual preference and that's why it isn't becoming erect through porn. You could try looking at porn with the opposite sex in it.

There are many medical conditions that may cause this among which the intake of certain medicines for hypertension or prostatism, as well as other physical and psychological problems. I suggest you speak to your doctor asap.

It depends on alot of things, your age, medications you might be on, or what you are watching is not turning you on. You could also have a prostate problem. Contact a urologist.

Diabetes and depression can cause impotence. Maybe it's one of those. Maybe a doctor could tell you what's wrong.
