Also....I would like to know how much corn seeds cost?

It all depends on if the corn is irrigated, or dry land. If irrigated, (either flood irrigated or central pivot) 29,000 seed, so approx. 29,000 stalks. If dry land corn, 20,000 seeds or 20,000 stalks. Price depends on the seed. Round up ready corn cost about 105.00 a bag, one bag will plant 2.8 acres, (irrigated) so the cost would be around $38.00 acre.

That really depends on a number of factors. That depends on the row width that farmer chooses and the seed spacing of the seeds in each row. You can plant more stalks of corn, but just because you plant more corn seeds doesn't mean you will get more corn. If you plant the corn too close the plants won't get the light that they need to produce corn and you will actually get less corn yield.
