Tote bag? As in, backpack/purse? No where.
Paperbag for gifts or retail store, there are a lot of online warehouses.
Apparently my definition of Totebag is different than everyone else's.

Have you checked out the Oriental trading company?? They have that sort of thing you may have to buy 12 at a time but the price per bag is reasonable they have a web site

you can actually make this for much less using calico cotton which is printable.
