My two year old is on singular 4mg chewable tablets and has been for a year. That along with the nebulizer with albuteral and pulmacourt have done wonders for her. She was born 2 months early and has had all sorts of lung and allergy problems.

If you're talking airborne allergens, Zyertec works well and has little in the way of side effects. My child has used it for years without problems, but we only use it when symptoms are present.
