For downloading use Bit Torrent.
Torrents are the best thing ever. Movies, Music, Pr0n.. whatever.. it's all easy to download and top quality with Bit Torrent.
You'll need a client. I use uTorrent. Fantastic program.

First you need torrent sites. There are loads out there.. a good free one being http://www.torrentspy.com. Great site.. but alot of **** files.. make sure you read the comments before downloading a file to see what others have to say about it.
