You write to your local detective bureu and state your intentions with a submitted plan. Describe the Name of the person, Your name and address including where you can be reached cell telephone ect. what vehichle you will be using with liscense number included, when you shall be kidnapping and were it will take place. Also describe why it is you will be kidnapping them. Give them a at least 14 days to process this. If you do not hear from them. The day you are about to kidnap go to that detective bureu and tell them you are going to do it. This then will begin a legal process .

I agree. You can't kidnap someone...legally.
Did you mean "convince them to go away with you?"
And who?
Adult/ child/willing/unwilling?
I must admit, I have used the term "kidnap you" sometimes....when I really mean "surprise-borrow you"...you just didn't give us enough info.

that says a lot about the Internet your just not safe from sick jerks. you are a sick person. kidnapping someone is your luck ticket to a little place were other little sick freaks go to eat and talk guard each other backs and play drop the soap in the showers. also known as JAIL!!!!!!

No coersion, no kidnapping (technically. You may fall into the catagory of false imprisonment)
