mine is starting out bad & ugly already. I do not think I wil have any fun today. how bout you ???

Sorry to hear that you are having a bad and ugly day already. My day so far has been really good. (Can I rub this in?)
Look at it this way, it's too early to make any decisions, too early to be good, too early to be bad, and too damn early to think ugly.
Take a deep breath, relax, stay on answers, and be sure to drink enough coffee to wake you up.
If I have to answer all your questions (not stalking here), just to make sure you have fun today, I will do so.
Have the next cup of coffee on me! Well, maybe not on me, I would get blisters from the hot coffee. I do make a damn good cup!

Hello Mojo-the-mofo

Well, let me see....I got to sleep a tad bit later than normal, I am sitting here at the computer, with a cat in my lap who is trying to help me type this, and I have a cup of steamy hot coffee within easy people reach, not so easy cat reach.

I have to scoot my boots out the door in a bit and pull in a ten hour workday, but I do have a job, and I do enjoy it, and I have the day off tomorrow, so I plan on having a fantastic day :)

Know something, good days and ugly days are just a matter of attitude. If you mess something up, don't dwell on the "I messed this up, woe is me" part, tell yourself,"Well, this didn't work, and now I have do do cleanup to fix the hash I made of it, but, by gum, I will not do that ever again"

Another Matilda tip for having a good day when having a good day seems impossible is smile anyways :)

If you plaster a smile all over your face, no matter how grumpy you feel, you will start to feel cheerful :)

mine started off getting up too early to help get myself back in synchronisity with the normal humans, ate a half dozen little Butterfingers for breakfast with the coffee, so the day isn't starting off too bad, although the cold temps are killing my pool temp, down to like 72, which while refreshing isn't all that conducive to recreational pool lazing about...all the while wondering if I'll be else where next week if the phone rings and that random resume I sent out to the dream job comes in...eh, might as well stick with what I know and do best...think I better get on with what I must absolutely do so I can hit a bit of late summer golf in the afternoon and the Bills game tonight....will be an OK low stress sort of day...

I'm gonna try to have a good day, but it has started out tres ugly. Raining, dog peeing in the house then eating son's breakfast. Then finding out that my son is not good in school and his teacher is frustrated with him already in the 4th week of school. I suppose next my hubby will tell me he wrote a check for several hundred dollars which we really don't have. I'm not feeling very optimistic!
