problems with H10 iriver?

i have an iriver h10 and it keeps on haveing this error on the sceen which will not let me do anything. the error says system files missing, to restore the system files connect h10 to reconvery tool . i do not know what to do? but i have heard of other people having the same problem

I also get that once in a blue moon. It sometimes happens when I turn it on after a pc connection.
So far the error has always magically disappeared after turning it off and on a few times.
