I would assume erect then adding a little to make it look better.I choose to prove myself where it really counts.Not by measuring.But I suppose if I did measure I would do so erect.

but it's researched that all the sizez of a flaccid penis is measured mainly when its erected Actually v care about erect one bcoz we have sexual intercourse during that period of time right not when its flaccid.
So we should care just abiut erect penis (its 5" to 7")
Flaccid(3" to 5") are the nor mal average sizes.

I suppose they mesure erect. Who cares the size of not erect penis. Erect one matters.

the whole point to measure is to see HOW LONG you are. sooooo the best way to do that is when you are erect! well the BEST way is when someone ELSE measures it FOR U LOL
