Though you may not be expecting a yes answer, that is my answer. Yes, I have. Actually, it certainly appeared bigger than the head. This person was tremendously overweight and all you saw were double cheeks and huge everything placed on a tiny head. Is that what you mean?

What you are saying is IMPOSSIBLE. The face is on the head, how can the face exceed the size of the head?
