when someone takes pictures or films with a hidden camera secretly.what is this action called in English.does English have any verbs for that behavier?i am not a native speaker ,so please point out and correct my mistakes.

1) It's called voyeurism or spying.
2) "Neighbor" is the closest thing we have to a group of people from the same hometown. However, as a slang term, I've heard people append "-ites" or "-ers" to the name of the town.
