Consider that perhaps we are no more or less excited than any other people; there are just more of us, we are more visible due to things like the internet and mass media, and we are pretty much free to express our opinions in any manner we wish.

it is not just Americans who get exited...... others do too. They just express it differently. Not all have Oprahshows...and not all want to show their feelings or wash their laundry on screen.

I can't say I agree with your premise - it's called "begging the question" and is faulty logic.
But it sometimes seems as though we Americans get blamed for everything.
