Computer does not recognise wireless adaptor CAN ANYONE HELP! trying to connect to orange wireless live box

Sounds like you have the wrong thing? double check to make sure you have the right adaptor

Don't fuss with it look at Manafactures website for updated Software they may be aware of issues and download the software from there if that doesn't help take it back

try putting it in a different UBS slot, they are not all the same
