This question would require an enquiry and examination of both the parties concerned ,. It would not be right to give any solutrion on the complainant alone .your accusation is also very vague .it is not clear how and on what occasions and how frequently the non-coperation is met with . The tendency and behaviour of the partners woulsd also haw tro e considered . itis not a one sided s-afair . some people might een be very bestial and intemperate..
