Miguel, 4 years ago, is 1/3 times older than Steph 4 years from now. 2 years from the years ago that one-thirds the age of Miguel is the same as half the age of Steph, half the age of Miguel was the same as 2 years more than the age of Steph 3 years ago from the present. What are their ages?

(m-4)=4/3*(s+4) and m/2=s-1
Thus Miguel is 32 and Steph is 17.
