Enlightenment. If I knew what I truly needed out of life, I can just live my life trying to obtain that one thing, the purpose of life, and not just be grasping at straws.

I'd know what I want, need, and must do. That would make my life go smoothly. Lack of inner turmoil.

a perpetual coma? Where I don't have to worry about a thing. My everything will be taken care of by the doctors. Life in its smoothest form. No worries, no stress, no having to get out of bed or deal with kids and inlaws, nothing just rest.

I'm sad to say money too.

If we had money we could buy that flat we want, and have the baby we both want, and get to the end of the month without stressing, which in turn causes all our arguments.
