if not, why? how can one group of people claim rights for themselves that they seek to deny to others. If the constitution does not insure equality for all under the law what good is it? Are some people more equal than others?

Yes it does, and no one has more rights than another by the constitution. The ACLU thinks otherwise but that is how the constitution is written

A black student gets into school based on something that never happened to him since he wasn't born 200 years ago, but the white student here just a few years from Russia is denied enrollment based on what he never did to the black student.

An individual makes $400,000 a year and pays taxes for being successful, but another individual makes $13,000 a year and pays no taxes for being unsuccessful.

A person contracts AIDS because he has engaged in risky ( and immoral) behavior and demands cheap treatment, while another child born with DOWNS synonym has to endure a life with many expensive treatments and care.

Yeah, the constitution guarantees the same rights and privileges to every citizen, what's your point?

For the delineated rights, yes. In fact, they apply to noncitizens as well, even illegal residents.
