however asking this question in the Science / geography section de facto means the answers No - heaven doesn't exist, although humans oftebn refer to places as heavenly or hellish.
Some religions believ in the concept of heaven, balanced by hell, but always seem to polace its location as soemwhere off world. but no ones ever proved that it exists

No. Heaven is perfect and paradise. Once it touches earth, a fallen planet, it can no longer be considered heaven.

...at this point, the headlines don't indicate heaven on earth. Every continent has upheaval...unfortunately. Maybe after 2012, like the Mayans predict, life as we know it will be very different. But as I see it, there will be a large multi-national catharsis before peace...

when i'm in a hot tub, eating choclate kisses and reading my magazinez, that is heaven on earth. or on a real cold wintery night, getting all cozy in front of a fireplace, that is heaven on earth. the little things you can create yourself can make it feel like heaven on earth.
