u can get the conversion software for free at www.pspvideo9.com, or u can dl mp4 movies off of limewire or whatever p2p client u use

You can get software to transfer pictures / movies into PSP format at most retailers, I recommend the Max Media Manager, it's a fairly versatile program and easy to use. Mind you these videos are recorded to memory and therefore can't be terribly large even while compressed unless you splurge on a large memory chip.
