It is easier that way. You blame school, parents
and Your first (or last) girl friend and take all Your
troubles as an excuse for killing other people.
That's the easy way. The Nazis did it 1933.

But the Nazis aren't (weren't)
the only stupid gang in this world.
Sounds hard, Sorry...

Thats kind of a human nature for most. There are external factors and internal factors involved and human beings tend to convey their success as an internal or personal achievment, whereas blame mistakes on external factors that may or may not even be relevant. However, it also varies in cultures. We can see that japanese people would face the consequences of their mistakes, its in their blood. If a coorporate leader made a major mistake, he wld probably make a public apology and resign without taking a single cent of his salary. Had happened before right? Or in the ancient times or after WW2, they wld commit suicide as it wld bring them more respect rather than the shame of existing. However, in america, most are like what u mentioned above. Take the George for instance, he would more likely favor blaming his major mistakes on the weapons of mass destructions rather than his existence. For other things, blame it on MTV.

I feel the same way, people need to grow up and take responsibility for their actions instead of hiding behind this veil of an excuse. Sure, the excuse gives you and others reasons to stay the way you are (often chaotic) but it is the copout way. I think these people need to build up their self confidence, esteem, and worth first though. They need to learn that they have the ability to change if they would just put the effort in. They don't have to turn out a certain way even if they are predisposed to certain things like alcoholism.

Those two examples you gave were pretty weak as for as arguing that is why you did something. Some things life events are valid as to why. I have a fear of driving and hate getting in a car but then i lived through several accidents that i shouldn't have walked away from like i did. Saying i smoke cause my mother smokes is just stupid. Saying music made me do it is dumb but we live in a age where people don't want to take responsibility for their own stupidity.

People find it difficult to admit to there short comings,so they make excuses and try to put blame on someone else. My opinion is that it`s part of human nature, because at one time or another we all do it. Some people are just in denial about themselves and other people around them. I try to ignore or avoid people who are like that, whenever possible. They must admit this problem to themselves, then to every one else around them and go seek help.

They sound like the same group that come to apply for a job. They come in with a bunch of piercings on their face and tattoos on their neck and hands and they just quit high school cause they hate rules and get mad at me cause I won't pay them $120,000 a year for their first job!

Those are people who dont know how to fight, and they think that blaming other people will solve their problem....Exept where a persons success in something depends on the achievement of another person.
