How do find the mass per unit lenght of this question?

The lenght of the string is 1.5m and a mass of 0.75kg is attached to the string. The frequency with which the string is vibrating is 200Hz.

Mass per unit length? It's 1.5m long and is 0.75kg. So how much mass would it have if it's 1m long?

= 0.75kg / 1.5m
= 0.5kg/m

The vibrating thing sounds like a red herring.

(1.5 * 0.75 * 200)/10 =22.5
