There are a number of ways to reduce the tummy and remove stretch marks. One is lipo suction and a tummy tuck. Very expensive and quite painful. The other way is with laser treatment but it is not so effective. The best way is to reduce excessive skin through diet and excersise. Then if the result is not as expected then go for the first option surgery. Good luck my friend.

no cream removes stretch mark. coco butter prevents and reduces them, but they will always be there. the only sure way to reduce them is to get a tummy tuck, which is good because if you have a big belly and you lose it, then you'll also have a lot of excess skin.

the only way to reduce tummy is to eat less and exercise.
as for stretch marks, do not believe any products that tell you you can remove them. you can AVOID getting stretch marks with creams but once you get them, they will be permanent.

to reduceyour tummy, you could do lots of treatments. .
like water treatment (drinking of water without eating anything just pure water). .
you could also do the "after 6" treatment (no eating after 6 o'clock). .
you could also some dancing, especially belly dancing. .
it's very effective. .
uhhhmmm. .
about the stretchmarks. .
as far as i know, that would no longer be removed. .
unless you undergo surgery. .
why don't you try doing weight lfiting traing. .
just try. . ü

sit ups and crunches....running helps alot too, avoid alcohol, try not to eat carbs so much becuse they get stored as "fuel" and if you dont exercise then its just gonna be fat..for stretch marks use coco butter twice a day,you can buy some at a drug store
