There could be alot of things that could be wrong with you. You could have alot of growth horomones going through your body. Or if you are stressed out then that could cause you to have tender boobs. Or there could be a lump in your boob that is causing your boob(s) to be tender. If the tenderness does not go away in a few days. I would see a doctor about it so that you can get it checked out before it becomes anything serious!

Im not 100% sure, but I think discriminative dieting without proper protein and mineral suppliments are known to cause tenderness and also reduction of breast size (opposite to increase in pregnancy). Especially this tenderness could be noticed near the base of the breasts.
I read this somewhere when I was researching on Anorexia.

A pair of rough hands!, I presume your partner is inexprienced and could do with some visual tuition ? He/she should watcth how gentle my hands can work the breast up into a frenzie, thus causing the nipple's to become errect, creating a undescribable sensation, for the female witch may lead to some shedding of milk, witch in return will give her an orgasm of the breast alone ? One can never be to gentle,if you think your gentle be gentler !
